5. Design and Contract Meeting
Via Phone or in person, to Sign the contract. HELP4BIS will present design ideas and discuss timeline and what information is needed from you.
From then on communication will be via email unless specifically requested. This keeps accuracy in discussions, decisions and changes.
The final design will be shaped and modified until you are satisfied. Once you sign off on the design the site will go live and you will be sent your first invoice and your three year contract will be enacted*
