WooCommerce setup is included in the build — shop pages, product categories, checkout flow, payment gateway setup. Once it's live, you manage your own products: add new products, update prices, manage stock levels, process orders. We handle everything else.

Option A — Stay managed

Keep the $200/month arrangement. Everything stays covered — hosting, updates, security, premium plugins, content edits. You never think about the website again. Most clients choose this.

Option B — Buy out and take the site

Pay a $2,000 one-time fee and take the site with you to any host you choose. You own the WordPress install, the content, and the design files outright.

Important: The premium plugin licences (Elementor Pro, WPForms Pro, RankMath Pro) remain with HELP4BIS. They don't transfer. If you want to keep using those plugins, you'll need to purchase your own licences — approximately $300–$400/year total. We'll give you the deactivated plugins so you can reactivate under your own account.

Common questions

Why is there a setup fee?
$300 is month one — you pay it, we start immediately. That covers the full design and build: structuring the site, setting up hosting on our Brisbane server, configuring email, installing all plugins, and getting everything to the point where you approve it. From month two it's $200/month. The work starts the day we receive payment — not when the site goes live.
What happens to my existing site content?
We migrate everything — pages, posts, images, forms. Nothing is lost in the move.
Can I keep my existing domain and email?
Yes. Domain and email are included but not mandatory. If you have existing services you're happy with, keep them — we'll work around them.
Do I own the website?
You own your content — your pages, images, and copy are yours. If you choose the $2,000 buyout option, you take the full WordPress installation with you. The premium plugin licences (Elementor Pro, WPForms Pro, RankMath Pro) stay with HELP4BIS and don't transfer — if you move, you'd need to purchase your own plugin licences separately.
What's NOT included in the $200/month?
New page designs beyond the initial build, custom plugin development, paid advertising management, and content writing. These are quoted separately. Minor content edits (text changes, image swaps, price updates) are included. WooCommerce setup for small catalogues is included in the build.
Can I add WooCommerce?
Yes — for small catalogues. We build the shop structure: categories, product page templates, checkout, payment gateway, and tax/shipping rules. Once it's set up, you manage your own products — add them, update prices, handle stock and orders yourself. We don't manage product catalogues on an ongoing basis. If you need a large catalogue (200+ products) managed for you, this isn't the right service.
