The terms under which HELP4BIS delivers services to clients. Month-to-month, no lock-in. Last updated: March 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd (ABN 86 081 237 087), trading as HELP4BIS ("HELP4BIS", "we", "us", "our"), based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and the individual or entity engaging our services ("you", "the client").
By engaging any service described on this website, you agree to these Terms.

HELP4BIS provides the following services. Full detail of inclusions and exclusions is described on the relevant service pages:
All service descriptions on this website are subject to these Terms. Where a separate written scope of works or service agreement is provided, that document applies in addition to these Terms.
Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd is registered for GST. All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. GST at the current rate (10%) will be added to all invoices.
Prices for ongoing services (Care Plans, Tailored Website Management) may be changed by HELP4BIS with a minimum of 30 days written notice by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Care Plans are invoiced monthly in advance by email. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Services commence once the first payment is received.
The month-one fee of $300 + GST is due in full before any work commences. Subsequent monthly fees of $200 + GST are invoiced monthly in advance and due within 7 days of the invoice date.
A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is due within 7 days of brief approval. The remaining 50% is due within 7 days of project delivery. Work commences on receipt of the cleared deposit and does not continue if payment is overdue.
Payment terms are confirmed in the project scope. Where not otherwise specified, the same 50% deposit / 50% on delivery schedule applies as for Custom Plugin Development.
A payment link is provided after reviewing your brief. Work commences only on receipt of cleared payment. The fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice due date, services may be suspended without further notice. Services will be resumed promptly on receipt of cleared payment. If payment remains outstanding for 30 days beyond the due date, HELP4BIS reserves the right to terminate the service agreement and recover outstanding amounts.
Either party may cancel an ongoing service by providing 30 days written notice by email to project@help4bis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month following the 30-day notice period. No refund is provided for partial months already billed.
The WP SOS Fix fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If work has not yet commenced, contact us promptly and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
If you cancel a project after the deposit has been paid and work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If HELP4BIS is unable to complete the agreed scope, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Client content: All content you provide — including text, images, logos, branding, and business data — remains your property at all times. HELP4BIS claims no ownership over content you supply.
Custom code: All custom code written by HELP4BIS (plugins, themes, integrations) remains the intellectual property of HELP4BIS until payment is received in full. On receipt of full payment, HELP4BIS grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use that code on your website. This licence does not include the right to on-sell or sublicence the code to third parties.
Premium plugin licences: Licences for premium third-party plugins held under HELP4BIS's corporate licence (such as Elementor Pro, WPForms Pro, or RankMath Pro) are provided as part of the service and do not transfer to you on cancellation. You are responsible for acquiring your own licence for any such plugin if you wish to continue using it after the service ends.
Your website content — pages, posts, images, products, and database records — is your property. On cancellation of Tailored Website Management or any ongoing service, HELP4BIS will provide a complete WordPress export (database and files) within 14 days of your written cancellation request.
Care Plans clients hosting on external infrastructure retain full control of their hosting environment and site files throughout the engagement.
HELP4BIS will not be liable for any business loss, lost revenue, lost data, or consequential damage arising from:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HELP4BIS's total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law.
HELP4BIS warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill, care, and diligence. We do not warrant that:
Where services are supplied to a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or any service provided under them.
HELP4BIS may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email with a minimum of 30 days notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of any service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
