Privacy Policy

How HELP4BIS collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Last reviewed: March 2026.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Dutch Digital Dynamics Pty Ltd (ABN 86 081 237 087), trading as HELP4BIS, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

We provide managed WordPress services, care plans, custom plugin development, and AI integration services to Australian small businesses.

For all privacy enquiries, contact us at: project@help4bis.com

2. What personal information we collect

We collect personal information only when you submit a contact form or service brief on this website. The information collected is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website URL (optional)
  • Your service type and budget range
  • The content of your message or enquiry

We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act (health, financial, or biometric data). We do not collect payment card details through this website.

3. How we collect it

Personal information is collected only through contact forms on this website when you actively submit them. We do not collect personal information automatically through cookies, web analytics, or tracking scripts.

The only external service this website connects to is Google Fonts (see Section 7 below).

4. Why we collect it

We collect your personal information solely to:

  • Respond to your service enquiry
  • Assess whether we can assist with the services you have requested
  • Deliver contracted services where a service agreement is established

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your enquiry or service engagement.

5. How we store it

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our email inbox and stored within our email system. We do not maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) database. We do not use third-party CRM platforms, mailing list tools, or marketing automation software.

Email is stored on servers located in Australia or within jurisdictions with privacy protections equivalent to Australian law. Access to our email is restricted to authorised personnel only and protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

We retain enquiry correspondence for a period consistent with normal business record-keeping requirements, generally seven years, in accordance with Australian tax and business law obligations.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.

The only circumstances in which we would disclose your personal information to a third party are:

  • Where required to do so by Australian law or a court order
  • Where you have given your explicit consent for a specific disclosure

7. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google's servers log your IP address as part of that HTTP request. No personal data is passed from us to Google — this is a direct request from your browser to Google's infrastructure, not data we collect or transmit.

For Google's privacy policy, see policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies on this website. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising script. No cookie consent banner is required because we set no cookies.

9. Your rights under Australian law

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the following rights in relation to personal information we hold about you:

  • Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may request that we correct personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
